For the Love of Physics, Walter Lewin
For Mary, finally made sense that a more of less circular loop starting and ending in the same spot allows a precise and certain calculation for the number of average watts required to achieve a given average speed… hills be damned.
Of course by 01/08/2020 [the day I am posting this here] Cycling Performance Simplified is no longer considered heresy but mainstream.

The Mobility-Stability Continuum: a new look at joint health
B's Note
This one is not a video but a quick simple overarching concept to keep functional movement goals in mind and perspective.
The article explains how joints work best in conjunction by alternately requiring more stability vs. more mobility (from bottom up: foot - stability; ankle - mobility; knee - stability; hip - mobility; lumbar back - stability; thoracic back - mobility; scapula - stability; shoulder - mobility)
Though not a perfect concept (what is) the author freely describes the limitations while providing a way of looking at overall functional movement that is priceless.
Now that you know what is where (and a little bit of when), here is how.

MacMurray College Core Workout Demo Explanation
Let us say you are a top performing collegiate athlete. Let us say you have games to play and courses to attend, and let us say you want to pursue a career in sport so do not have a second to waste. If all that is true, you would need a top flight coach who would teach you like this. No nonsense, no frivolous pop-culture hype, just a quick and to the point solid outline.
You would be tested on it afterwards.
Here's some more just in case you are retired and have time for it.
